Enjoy a stunning view of Anse La Mouche and the crystal-clear water of the Indian Ocean from here. Thanks to the elevated location, you can watch sailing boats from your accommodation as they glide across the ocean, or simply sit back and relax your very soul. We recommend starting your day by enjoying breakfast on the sunny veranda or balcony! The communal barbeque area is also ideal for serving up grilled delicacies in the evenings, which you can prepare yourselves. Don’t forget to make use of the well-maintained garden either, and lie amidst colourful tropical plants in the sun!
If you take a look inside, you’ll see that all of the different accommodation choices here are similarly-fitted, with plenty of features that will ensure personal comfort and that holiday feeling. Each apartment offers space for up to four people, but they are also ideal for couples who are looking to discover the island of Mahé. The lounge corner is fitted in a traditional style, and is adjacent to a practical, fully-fitted kitchen as well as two bedrooms. Right next to that, you can find the spacious bathroom with WC and shower. Further facilities on offer include the air-conditioning that can be found in all of the apartments, along with ceiling fans, a flatscreen TV, and a radio, ensuring you have everything you might need for time spent indoors. The surrounding area of the accommodation is ideal for delicious lunchtimes or evening meals thanks to the numerous beach restaurants on offer, while the small kitchen in your apartment also offers all you might need to self-cater, if you wish to.
Compared with other bays on Mahé, Anse La Mouche is relatively secluded, and is also a great spot for enjoying the water, which is calm thanks to the bay’s location: swimming, snorkelling, or simply relaxing in the water are all possible here. There are a number of bars and some excellent restaurants and shops nearby; a real highlight is the Anchor Café, which serves traditional, fresh food every day. Anyone staying on Mahé without a rental car will find all that they need within walking distance, allowing you to discover this corner of the island to your heart’s content. The 28 km length of the island as a whole is surrounded by beautiful beaches and the interior of the island is home to lush, tropical rainforests, which are ideal for hiking. The capital city of Victoria is just 35 minutes’ drive away from the accommodation, and the airport is around 25 minutes away by car.

Nice welcome from the owner. The apartment is pretty much on the mountain, so a rental car is advisable. At short notice we decided to rent a car upon arrival. The owner couple helped us rent a car that same day and drove us there. The apartment was spacious and tastefully furnished and very clean. It had everything you need. The view of the sea from the balcony was unbeatable and a dream, and you can see a wonderful sunset from there. At dusk, flying foxes fly past the balcony. Fascinating! Located high up in the hillside, therefore fantastic view over the bay, including sunset on the balcony. But you have to accept the descent and ascent to go shopping or to the bus stop.
