Besides your private furnished veranda with gorgeous garden view, all of the rooms are equipped with convenient air-conditioning and a mini fridge. Furthermore, you will find a comfortable en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer, and an additional small seating corner in the Superior Chalets. A tea and coffee maker is waiting to be used and the owners of the Chalet Bamboo Vert keep beach towels for you at your disposal. A tasteful, friendly flair characterises the insides of the houses. Bright walls and ceilings are combined with brown tiles, fabrics and furniture, creating a well-rounded contrast and ensuring a pleasant living ambiance that invites you to linger. The extensive use of timber underlines the pleasant atmosphere. Four of the six Standard Chalets offer the opportunity to interconnect two chalets, thus the chance to rent an entire house - perfect for families with children.
Even though the Chalet Bamboo Vert aren’t located right on the beach, the location has its own different yet attractive charm. You will have the chance to experience a great amount of tranquillity here, while also being able to get to the beach quickly, whenever you feel like it. The island of La Digue only measures 3 km by 5 km,(approx. 2 miles by 3 miles) and most of the traffic is made up of bicycles, so most distances are quiet reasonable. And, while riding a bike, you will get to experience the Seychellois way of life even better. Furthermore, despite its size, the island has good infrastructure, so there’s no lack of shops or restaurants.Something that you definitely shouldn’t miss out on is a visit to the world famous Anse Source d’Argent Beach. The impressive ferocity of Grand Anse Beach will also captivate you, and, if you climb up the Nid Aigle Mountain (300m), you can enjoy a sensational view over the island, the ocean and the neighbouring islands.

Average: 4.1 out of 5 starsWhen somebody ask me where to stay on Seychelles I give them the one option and it's Chalet Bamboo Vert. There are few guesthouses with private terasse inside private area. The area is still clean cause when you sleep gardener (I think he calls Gerry) collect leafs, when you leave to the beach he cut grass so you don't have to hear it and cleaning ladies makes your appartement clean. So it's kind of magic when you leave a mess on your appartment and it's really clean when you come back. Breakfast and dinner - all ingredients was really fresh (I think they collect it on the way to kitchen from trees). Quality of meal was really high. Quantity - Once I tried to have a lunch, but when I saw so much food at dinner found out that was a big mistake. Huge thanks to our cooker and kitchen staff ;) And also huge thanks to manager - Selby who helped us to find our baggage and all other services which made our vacation amazing :)
